Shipping:
We deliver nationwide from our warehouses in Spain with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 12 business days after an order preparation period of approximately three days from purchase. Shipping costs are included in the final price of the product. We make sure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition and on time.
Due to the characteristics of bulky furniture, deliveries are made at street level . This means that transporting the furniture to the main entrance of your home is included in the standard service.
If you would like the furniture to be brought to your home or assembled at the location of your choice, please contact us for additional fees and availability of the service. We will be happy to offer you a customized solution that meets your needs.

Shipping Policy and Delivery Times
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 6pm and are processed and shipped from our warehouses in Spain using local transport companies. Preparation and delivery time ranges from 6 to 12 working days from the date of purchase of the product.
The customer must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. Otherwise, we will not be liable for any delays attributable to this. In this case, if the transport company returns the order, the customer will not be able to cancel his order. The customer must again provide us with a complete and valid address at which to receive his order.
These deadlines may vary during festive, holiday or high product demand periods.
Orders are delivered to the street by the transport company.
Once your order has been placed, please allow approximately 72 hours for processing.
Returns: We understand that sometimes unexpected events may arise. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept sales returns, except in the following cases:
- The furniture arrives damaged or with visible defects.
- The furniture does not correspond to what was requested in the order.
In the event of these situations, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, sending us detailed photographs of the damage or error. The company will cover the return costs and manage the process so that you receive a product in perfect condition.
